Chiahui Gas-Fired Power Project (TAIWAN)
J-POWER acquired 40% of share of Chiahui Power Corporation (CPC) from Asia Cement Corporation to participate in Chiahui Gas-Fired Power Project, a 670MW gas combined cycle power project in Ming Hsiung area of Chia Yi Province, Taiwan.
This plant began operations in December,2003.
J-POWER also signed a technical support agreement with CPC to support technical matters of engineering during construction and early stage of operation. |
